A Workshop facilitated by Diane di Prima A workshop to explore the form of the letter poem, either as a prose poem or regular free verse poem. A random element will be introduced into the process just to make things interesting. For example, some chants or cut-up may be used to explore this form.

The workshop happens from 10:30-3PM (with a ninety minute break for lunch) at SPLAB! on Saturday, November 6, 1999. Suggested donation for the workshop is 30.00, and registration is limited to 30 as SPLAB! is an intimate space. Five student scholarships are available with advance registration.
