Jeanne Morel
Jeanne Morel was born in California and grew up in Seattle. She spent many years working in the Rainier Valley before it was trendy. She has also lived in Walla Walla, Washington, Eagle Pass, Texas, Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and London, England. She writes poems and short prose pieces and is interested in fragments and collage, in arrivals and departures, and in the spaces and edges in between.
Her first chapbook, That Crossing Is Not Automatic, was published by Tarpaulin Sky Press in 2009.
